With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management consulting, and business strategy, I've had the privilege of building and leading high-performing teams that consistently deliver strong results.

Professional Experience

I founded Genex Insights, a customer experience martech and consulting firm, which was later acquired by IQbusiness, South Africa's largest independent management consultancy. As managing partner at IQbusiness, I led a large group of employees and played a key role in advancing AI-driven product development through the IQbusiness AI Lab. I also chaired the IQbusiness Insights Board, overseeing the integration of acquired businesses within the group.

My involvement with the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) has been instrumental in sharpening my leadership skills, offering me invaluable global insights.

Academic Background

I hold an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree, both of which have complemented my practical business experience with a solid academic foundation.

My work locations include South Africa, Australia, and Dubai.

Currently, I’m focused on investing in and building startups, while mentoring businesses—areas I’m deeply passionate about.

Things I love

I’m fascinated by the natural world and enjoy capturing its beauty through my camera lens. I also have a love for music and often find myself playing jazz on the saxophone.
